During the first two weeks of the program, we focus on soothing practices and relaxing activities.

The next four weeks are all about rebuilding. Together, we’ll establish a new vision for your next chapter of life, identify an action plan to achieve your goals, and start testing the waters with new assignments and activities that are more aligned with your core values.

Week 6

In the final week, we’ll discuss your experience, how it felt to take those first few steps and what’s next.

If you don’t want weekly coaching, but still want someone to help you keep track of your goals and help you stay accountable, then the quarterly, wellness check-in will be perfect for you. These check-ins are especially helpful if you’re not experiencing a crisis, but perhaps entering into a new phase of life or need to get clear on your current situation or problem.

You know, we weren’t designed to walk through life alone. When life gets challenging, we need to be heard, supported and poured into, which is exactly what you’ll get from my One-on-One Coaching Program.

This program is for anyone experiencing loss — be it the loss of a loved one, a job, a relationship, or control over your life. Over the course of four or six weeks, we’ll work together to identify your needs, build a solution-focused plan and help you create a life that feels more balanced and aligned.


You can choose between four virtual coaching packages, depending on your needs and goals:


  • 4 weekly 1-hour sessions via phone, WhatsApp, Zoom or video

  • Unlimited text and email support Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM EST

You Might be Wondering…

What’s the difference between a coach and a therapist?
The main difference is education and training. As a coach, you not required to complete any training nor attain any specific education. But to gain credentials as a therapist, you need to complete a master’s degree and pass board licensing exams. 

While a coach can help you with day-to-day challenges, if you are faced with more serious issues like trauma, depression or medical diagnoses, a therapist would be better prepared and experienced to help you. 


As a licensed therapist with a master’s degree in clinical social work, I offer my clients an added layer of expertise and I have taken the Hippocratic Oath to do no harm. With that being said, I do refer clients out to other specialists if I believe that what they need is outside of the scope of my expertise.  


Which life coaching program is right for me?
The Grow and Glow and Pathway to Peace Masterminds were intentionally designed for women going into and coming out of divorce. I recommend these programs if you’re in that boat, as you’ll receive amazing peer support from like-minded women, as well as have access to invite-only events with divorce lawyers and other experts.

The One-on-One Coaching Program is more intimate and can be used to address a variety of challenges, whether you’ve lost a loved one, are struggling in your career or family, or are feeling disconnected from your authentic self.


What happens in one-on-one coaching?
The One-on-One Coaching Program can either be four or six weeks long, depending on your needs. Either way, the first step is to reach out and book a complimentary 30-minute call [Work With Me Page] to make sure we’re a good match. Afterward, I’ll send you the pricing guide and you’ll make your first payment. 

Once the payment is confirmed, I’ll send you the receipt and intake assessment form to officially collect your information. After that, you’ll sign a standard consent form, and we’ll book your first session.

First Session: Your first session sets the stage for the next few weeks of coaching. I’ll tell you about my process and answer any questions you have about the program. You’ll also have time to share your story, and together, we’ll select three topics to zone in on for the duration of the program. These are typically the things that can give you the most relief and release from your challenges.

Second Session: We’ll review the three topics we selected and identify goals for you to set and achieve. We’ll also develop an action plan for the duration of the program.

Third Session: This week, we’ll start working on the plan we set during the prior session. We’ll review the action steps, and talk about how you felt and what you learned while working through them. We can also tweak the plan if necessary.

Fourth Session: We’ll assess how the program is working so far and make adjustments as needed. If your program is six weeks long, you’ll repeat this step for sessions five and six. 

If this is your final session, we’ll review what we covered in your program, the skills and tangible soothing kit items you acquired and look back on how far you’ve come. We’ll also discuss whether you’d like to continue or need further support. 

If you’d like, you can add in a single session here or there, or book quarterly wellness checks with me. I’ll always be available via text or call when you need to talk.


What do “Strengths-Based Perspective ” and “Solution-Focused Approach” mean?
You may hear me talk about my strengths-based and solution-focused framework for coaching. This means I believe you’re the expert on yourself. We only address symptoms presenting at the time of the session and don’t go into any trauma work until you’ve developed the requisite coping skills to manage any negative feelings when you are alone. 


How can I identify my values?
If you’re unsure what your core values are, I can send you a personal values assessment test [Values Assessment Page] that’s simple and fun to complete. This test is an easy and accurate way to hone in on the values that are most important to you and vital to your well-being. We’ll then use that information to help you build a life that honors those values, and in turn, feels more aligned and balanced.


Is coaching going to be a hard and heavy process?
While coaching and therapy often address very sensitive topics, I’ve designed my programs to be as fun as possible by peppering in activities you’ll actually enjoy. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling lifted, enlightened and empowered with the skills and tools you need to overcome your challenges. We’ll dig deep when we need to and when you’re ready, but not a moment before.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! I believe coaching and therapy should be accessible to all. When you book you discovery call, let me know that you want to use a payment plan to purchase your package. Payment options include Zelle, Cash App and PayPal.
